MY SECOND HOME (MM2H) PROGRAMME,

Malaysia My Second Home Program (MM2H) is promoted by Malaysia’s Government to allow foreigners/retiree who fulfill the requirements to stay in Malaysia as their Second Home. The MM2H visa will be granted for a period of ten (10) years and is renewable and there are no “minimum days to stay in Malaysia” requirement. MM2H visa holders can stay anywhere in Malaysia except Sabah and Sarawak where they need to convert the visa to the Sabah/ Sarawak version.

MALAYSIA PROFESSIONAL VISIT PASS (PVP)

Professional Visit Pass is a temporary pass that enables a foreign knowledge worker (with acceptable professional qualifications or specialist skills) to enter Malaysia for business and professional visits under a contract of service with an organisation in Malaysia. The duration of a PVP up to maximum of 12 months

ENTRY PERMIT (EP)

An Entry Permit Permit or popularly known as EP, is a Permit in the form of a document, that is awarded to an eligible foreigner, that allows the holder, to enter and reside in Malaysia indefinitely. EP is open to all foreigners (except citizens of Israel), who wish to stay and reside in this country.

LONG TERM SOCIAL VISIT PASS (FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND SENIOR CITIZENS ABOVE 50 YEAR OLD WITH RELATIVES IN MALAYSIA)

This Pass will enable the successful applicant to stay for a maximum period of 6 months, for any of the 2 reasons mentioned above. However, for medical treatment, the Pass can be extended beyond the 6 months, provided the application is supported by a specialist letter from a Private or Government Hospital that is treating the patient. One accompanying next-of-kin will also be eligible for a Long Stay Social Visit Pass with validity according to the Pass of the principal.

SPOUSE PROGRAMME

This Programme caters for spouse of Malaysian citizen to work in the country. The spouse will be awarded either a Temporary Employment Social Visit Pass or an Expatriate Pass according to the skill and qualification of the applicant. The holder of this Pass is not allowed to be self-employed

SOCIAL VISIT REFERENCE VISA

This type of visa is issued overseas by the Malaysian Representative office, either the Embassy, consulate or Malaysian Immigration Atache office. This Pass is issued for social visit only. The application will be referred to Malaysian Immigration Headquarters for approval. Once approved by Immigration Department Headquarters in Malaysia, then the Representative office will issue the Reference Visa.

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL VISIT PASS (FOR FOREIGN MAID)

This Pass will allow the Foreign maid to be legally employed by the employer. The potential maid must be in the home country when the potential employer applies to the Immigration Department of Malaysia Headquarters in Putrajaya. Upon approval, the maid will be issued with a Reference Visa to enable the potential maid to enter Malaysia for the purpose of Employment.

EXPATRIATE PASS ( a.k.a. DP 10 ) or EMPLOYMENT PASS

his Pass is issued to foreigners with specialization as well as investors who wish to be employed or invest in Malaysia. This Pass must be applied by the potential employer BEFORE the potential employee enters the country. Upon approval, a Reference Visa will be issued to the potential employee or investor, that will enable the potential employee or investor to enter Malaysia.

SPECIAL PASS

A Special Pass may be issued to a foreigner for a special reasonable reason. The validity of the Special Pass is only for a duration of 30 days only. A Special Pass may be given when the existing pas is about to expire, and the holder needs to remain in Malaysia for a special and reasonable reason.

We realized that there is a real need for an agency that can provide a genuine transparent and ‘a value for money’ service.
